Hello folks, as it happens, blogging takes conscious effort to remember and to come up with something to post. What are the odds that life gets busy and you forget you started a project (the answer; very likely). But alas, I shall persist with this project of mine.

A trip to Florida for a cousin’s wedding (always a fun time seeing family and making new friends)was how I started the month of love (very appt if I do say so myself). Florida is great in the winter. I highly recommend it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such empty (and foggy) beaches. It was a rather whimsical experience.

Unfortunately, reality came a callin’ and work resumed this past week, along with Valentine’s Day. Which, to all of ya’ll that will see this post, happy belated V. Day. I hope it was filled with lots of love from friends, family, and special someones.

My Valentine day was spent with my 3 little doxies, making pasta, and searing a beautiful sirloin. Because why only eat well in the presents of others or on special occasions? Good eating is meant to be consumed and enjoyed regularly whether with an audience or by your lonesome self.

So, if you are interested in making pasta. Just do it. It’s quite simple really. All you need is a bit of time and effort, and a good rolling pin (I recommend a heavy one so you don’t have to exert as much effort to roll it out as thin as possible).

Bare with me ya’ll, I’ll continuously work on making interesting content, but sometimes you just get busy living. And what better reason to disengage from technology?
